Depending on your situation there are two ways it can be handled.
+As a minor you can file a petition for an injunction for protection (restraining order) yourself, ----or---- +You may need an adult present to file the injunction for you.
Whether or not you need an adult depends on the judge and/or office you file the injunction with. REMEMBER: Abuse is a crime and you can get legal action to protect yourself!
